Our History
Founded (2003)
In 2003 Eng. Husam Abdulla Sattouf founded Al-Sham Stone Architectural Bedecking LLC in the city of Al Ain. Our focus at the beginning was on the cladding works and decoration of exterior elevations. Our field of work expanded to include interior decoration, cladding, and landscapeworks.
EXPANDING (2008)
Our desire in expanding our work to include the largest possible geographical area inside the United Arab Emirates lead us to open our branch in Dubai officially in 2008; the branch was opened after completing several large projects in Dubai for three years.
YEAR BY YEAR (2008+)
The company grew according to engineering values and standards which attracted construction and architectural engineers as well as technicians from different backgrounds, forming a creative team that would lead the company to become one of the most competitive in the gulf region in terms ofits quality and excellence in the field of marble, stone, and decoration
DEVELOPED MORE (2019)
In 2019 we added building contracting to our domain of work altering the name of the company to Al Sham Stone Building Contracting. Later on, the name of the company was changed to Sham Build Construction and in addition to this contracting was completely separated from cladding with specialized teams in their field of work.
EXPANDING MORE (2023)
With the continuous coordination between the two teams, the start of the project was very fast in only six months.The projects ranged between small, medium and large villas. Most of the projects were completed and some were handed over according to the best engineering standards and within the estimated time, in addition to the dedication of its employees to work, sincere treatment and customer service, which exceeded expectations. During this period the company did not stop attracting the best engineers, technicians and highly experienced workers to be ready to receive larger projects in the coming period.
